Responsibilities
The Franklin Township Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is responsible for creating Franklin's Emergency Management Plan to guide its response to man-made and natural disasters. The office also coordinates the activities of Franklin's emergency services with other municipal, county, state and federal emergency organizations in the event of a declared emergency.
