Affordable Housing Midpoint Review Report -June 19, 2020
As per the Township 2018 Settlement Agreement, the Township of Franklin is required to prepare a midpoint realistic opportunity review, which is due on July 1, 2020. The review must be posted on the Township’s website and provide a status report as to Franklin’s implementation of the Plan and an analysis of whether any unbuilt sites or unfulfilled mechanisms continue to present a realistic opportunity and whether any mechanisms to meet unmet need should be revised or supplemented.
