Franklin Township, Hunterdon is seeking a F/T Assistant CFO and Deputy Tax Collector. Must be detail oriented and self-motivated. The individual hired for this position will work closely with the Township’s CFO/CTC and will be responsible for all financial dealings within the Township, including all statutory requirements and preparation/oversite of all financial reporting, including but not limited to tax, payroll, pension reports, bank reconciliation accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, grant and escrow accounts and other general duties as deemed necessary. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. The ability to work in a team, maintain confidential information and follow direction is imperative. The position has a one-year probation period.
