County Culvert F-23 is located on Old Franklin School Road in Franklin Township. F-23 is 1/10 of a mile from Woolverton Road and 1.1 miles from County Route 579 (Croton Road). Starting on or about Monday October 6th, F-23 will be closed to all traffic for approximately 3 weeks, weather permitting.
County crews will be repairing the culvert.
A detour will be posted.
