Changing Your Zoom Name before a Meeting on Desktop Computers

1. Open the Zoom desktop client and tap on the Settings cog in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click on Profile in the menu to the left.
3. Click on Edit My Profile.
4. A new window will open in your default web browser.
5. Finally, update your Display Name and click Save.

Changing Your Zoom Name before a Meeting on Mobile Phones

1. Open the Zoom iOS or Android app.
2. Sign in to your account if not currently logged in.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Click on the top banner with your name and email address.
5. Click on Display Name.
6. The app will allow you to configure the first name, last name, and display name.
