Changing Your Zoom Name before a Meeting on Desktop Computers
- Open the Zoom desktop client and tap on the Settings cog in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on Profile in the menu to the left.
- Click on Edit My Profile.
- A new window will open in your default web browser.
- Finally, update your Display Name and click Save.
Changing Your Zoom Name before a Meeting on Mobile Phones
- Open the Zoom iOS or Android app.
- Sign in to your account if not currently logged in.
- Go to Settings.
- Click on the top banner with your name and email address.
- Click on Display Name.
- The app will allow you to configure the first name, last name, and display name.
