NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that on October 3, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. (Prevailing time), sealed bids will be opened and read aloud by the Township Clerk, at the Municipal Building for the Township of Franklin at 202 Sidney Road, Pittstown, New Jersey 08867
2024 Franklin Township Police Department Vehicle Bid
NOTE:
It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid’s opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Township Clerk/Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery.
Bidders interested in the obtaining a bid packet may pick up for no cost from the Township Clerk/Purchasing Office, Franklin Township, 202 Sidney Road, Pittstown, New Jersey 08867, after leaving necessary contact information OR by sending an email to clerk@franklin-twp.org with all the following REQUIRED information: (1) Contract Identification, (2) Company Name, (3) Complete Company Address, (4) Company Phone #, (5) Company Fax #, (6) Contact Person Name, (7) email address. Upon receipt of ALL required information, the full bid package will be emailed.
The Township of Franklin does not release the project estimate.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
Bid Tabulation:
Bid results can be requested from the Township Clerk within 24 hours of the bid opening.
This bid has been advertised in accordance with the “Fair and Open Basis” and nothing further shall be required under the Pay-to-Play Legislation (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5).
