NOTICE TO BIDDERS
ADDENDUMS TO BID PACKAGE FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF HUNTERDON FOR THE BID ENTITLED ALTERATION OF THE INTERIOR OF THE NEW MUNICIPAL BUILDING – 43 LOWER LANDSDOWN ROAD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township of Franklin, County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey has issued Addendums Nos. 1–4 in association with the public bid entitled “Alteration of the Interior of the New Municipal Building – 43 Lower Landsdown Road,” advertised on May 26, 2023, in order to address questions submitted by prospective bidders. All relevant addenda are made part of the original bid package that has been provided to all potential bidders, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq. The bid package and all necessary addenda thereto are on file with the Office of the Township Clerk, located at 202 Sidney Road, Pittstown, New Jersey 08867, and are available upon request. In addition, please note that the bid due date, originally set for July 6, 2023, at 10:00 AM has been rescheduled for JULY 27, 2023, AT 10:00 AM, with the anticipated contract award date set for August 10, 2023, at the regularly scheduled Township Committee meeting.
