If your event took place in Franklin Township, Hunterdon County, you can find an application for a marriage, birth or death certificate in the Clerk’s Office/Registrar of Vital Statistics. If your event took place at Hunterdon Medical Center, please contact Raritan Township Vital Statistics. Contact information for all other local registrars can be found on the State website.
