United Way of Hunterdon County is offering their services for low-to-moderate income for those that live or work in Hunterdon County. United Way of Hunterdon County especially wants to ensure the ALICE population is served and avoids un-necessary preparation or software fees. United Way of Hunterdon County wants to ensure our community has access to free tax preparation and if they did not get their stimulus payments, they can claim them now. So many more community members are eligible to take advantage of United Way’s services, but so many of them pay a preparer.
Please note that United Way of Hunterdon County is happy to help those that live just over the border in PA, too. United Way of Hunterdon County realizes that some of the VITA PA sites are further away from the clients than our site.

NOTE: Spanish translators are available on certain shifts to accommodate limited-English speaking clients. United Way of Hunterdon County can also help with ITIN creation and renewal, so those without a valid SSN can file a tax return.
Currently due to COVID, as stated on the United Way of Hunterdon County VITA postcard, their only limited in-person site is their UWHC Volunteer Center at 20 Fulper Rd, Flemington NJ 08822.
