Due to the recent flooding events and concerns regarding safety of well water on flooded properties, Franklin Township has partnered with Raritan Headwaters to have well water test kits available for pick up at the Franklin Township Municipal Building. Office hours are 8:00 am -4:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
- Kits Available: Basic test kit (this includes testing for Coliform, Bacteria, and Nitrates): $60
Bacteria test only: $25
- Samples can be returned to Raritan Headwaters at either of their offices listed below on the specified days and times:
Flemington Office (124 Main Street): Mondays or Wednesdays before 10:30 am
Fairview Farm (2121 Larger Cross Rd. Bedminster): Thursdays before 10:30 am
- Payments should be included with water samples at time of drop off (Checks made payable to “RHA”)
